    Shipping costs:

    • FREE on every order over £39 and less than or equal to 1kg
    • £5.00 if less than £39 and less than or equal to 1kg
    • £7.00 if greater than 1kg and less than or equal to 10kg
    • If your order exceeds 10kg we will contact you to advise you of the shipping costs.

    Republic of Ireland (£Stg prices)

    Shipping costs:

    • FREE on every order over £35 and weighing 1kg or less
    • £5 on every order under a total of £35 and weighing 1kg or less
    • £7.00 if greater than 1kg and less than or equal to 10kg
    • If your order exceeds 30kg we will contact you to advise you of the shipping costs.

    Other European Union and the European Economic Area (£Stg prices)

    Shipping costs:

    • £10.00 on every order weighing 2kgs or less
    • £19.50 if greater than 2kg and up to and including 5kg
    • If your order exceeds 5kg we will contact you to advise you of the shipping costs.

    Rest of World (£Stg prices)

    Shipping costs:

    • Flat rate charge of £14.50 on every order weighing 2kgs or less
    • £19.50 if greater than 2kg and up to and including 5kg
    • If your order exceeds 5kg we will contact you to advise you of the shipping costs.

    Who will deliver my order?

    Yourtonic Ltd uses postal package post services and couriers

    What happens if the item I ordered is not in stock?

    In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to pursue with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

    When will you post my order and when will I get it?

    We will dispatch your order (once received before 11am) within 1 working/business day of receipt once the item is in stock.

    Delivery times vary depending on where the goods are being sent to. For example, we expect to deliver in Great Britain and Northern Ireland within 3-5 working days, in the Republic of Ireland within 2 working days, many EU countries 5 to 7 working days and so on.

    What happens if I am not in when the postal or courier delivery takes place and the package doesn’t fit through my letterbox?

    Although the practice varies from country to country, typically the postal or courier service will leave a card when they attempt to deliver your package which will tell you how to rearrange delivery or where to collect the package or alternatively they may contact you to organise a suitable delivery time
