General Information

Who will deliver my order?

Yourtonic uses postal package post services and couriers

What happens if the item I ordered is not in stock?

In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to pursue with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

When will you post my order and when will I get it?

We will dispatch your order (once received before 11am) within 1 working/business day of receipt once the item is in stock.

Delivery times vary depending on where the goods are being sent to. For example, we expect to deliver in Great Britain and Northern Ireland within 4 working days, in the Republic of Ireland within 2 working days, many EU countries 5 to 7 working days and so on.

What happens if I am not in when the postal or courier delivery takes place and the package doesn’t fit through my letterbox?

Although the practice varies from country to country, typically the postal or courier service will leave a card when they attempt to deliver your package which will tell you how to rearrange delivery or where to collect the package or alternatively they may contact you to organise a suitable delivery time
